Job Description

To provide training and technical support to both prospective and current customers, specializing in iWorx software and hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the iWorx product range.
• Work alongside customers and prospective customers, assisting and advising them of iWorx products and the correct solution to meet their application requirements.
• Train and advise new and existing customers on using iWorx hardware and software.
• Ensure accuracy in the preparation of research quotations.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with potential and existing customers through customer visits and direct marketing.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and activities in the Filemaker CRM system.
• Represent iWorx at various workshops, exhibitions, and conferences as required.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the iWorx sales and support team.
• Fulfill any other related tasks as needed.

Expected Outcomes

• Delivery of high-quality training and support services to staff, potential customers and customers.
• Potential and existing customer relationships are maintained and improved through exceptional customer service.

Person Specification

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a life science and/or engineering (ideally biomedical engineering).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
• The ability to develop a good understanding of the iWorx product range and practical application areas.
• Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment is preferred.
• Previous experience utilizing iWorx hardware and software is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work with a wide range of different research applications.
• Excellent organizational skills including time management and prioritization.
• Occasional travel may be needed.
• Self-motivated with exemplary organizational and time management abilities.

Location

This person will be based at our central office in Dover, NH. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
