What you'll do

• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone or electronically
• Process orders and deliver to internal fulfillment team
• Oversee departments account receivable process
• Enter new items into multiple systems and databases
• Assist with sales forecasting for the department
• Oversee client account set up and maintenance

Who we need:

• Someone who loves a fast-paced work environments, lifting 35 pound boxes consistently, bending, stooping, kneeling, all day!
• Someone who is at least 21 years of age
• Someone who is able to adapt to rapid changes
• Someone who loves processes and maintains composure during stressful times.
• Someone who is a team player, ready to help anyone at any time!

What will make you successful:

• A person that has an attention to detail and can follow processes!
• A person who likes technology and is willing to learn!
• Experience with inventory control is great but as long as you are willing to learn, great!
