Back-Office Operations Analyst

  • Title: Back-Office Operations Analyst
    Duration: 6 months
    Location: Remote based

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day back-office support utilizing either FIS/SunGard Phase 3 or BetaNXT Beta systems.
    • Daily processing and reconciliation experience in one or more of the following:
      • Corporate Actions/Reorg
      • Dividends and Interest
      • Mutual Funds
      • Purchase and Sales (P&S)
      • SEG Deficit
      • Settlements
      • Stock Record
    • Must be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must possess solid written/oral communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of brokerage/securities operations experience.
    • Experience utilizing either FIS/SunGard Phase 3 or BetaNXT Beta systems.
    • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the business’s products, systems, and client specific needs.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Able to work in a team environment while taking individual responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
