Summary: The Technical Support Analyst II will work as part of the Tempo Technology Services team to provide technical support for Tempo client locations. This work will include, help desk phone support, PC support, interactions with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related duties. Technical Support Analyst II will work within an IT ticketing system to enter, track, update, and communicate progress on all requested work items. Technical Support Analyst II will be required to travel to clinics to provide onsite support to the clinic’s users. Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and various peripheral devices effectively. Install maintain and troubleshoot all business applications effectively. Escalate errors to hardware and software manufacturers as necessary. Manage user errors and requests through the IT/Facilities help desk ticketing system. Document daily tasks and create user documentation as needed. Track company assets through inventory database timely and accurately. Understand and demonstrate the main role of IT is to help others do their job better, more efficiently, and more securely. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality. Required Education and Experience: Must reside in the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area. 100% on-site position – some travel within the community required. Must have a valid driver’s license. IT Certifications preferred (A , Net etc.) 2 - 4 years of experience in the IT/Desktop Support field. Proficient with all Windows operating systems. Must have at least intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of how to operate and troubleshoot computer equipment. Knowledge of Telephony systems programming, documentation, and process creation. Knowledge of asset and time management skills to assist the department. Healthcare IT Experience is preferred. High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred. Competencies: Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Technical Expertise – Demonstrates depth of knowledge and skill necessary for the job. Self- Management – Takes responsibility for one’s own performance. Flexibility – Openness to different and new ways of doing things; willingness to modify one’s preferred way of doing things.
