Job Summary:

The Technical Solutions Jr. Analyst is an Information Technology (IT) resource that assists with the development of application integrations, provides technical analysis to solve complex business reporting requirements, creating and maintaining reports, maintaining software workflows, and the assignment and provisioning of user access in various business applications. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, along with independent judgement and discretion while executing day-to-day tasks.

Essential Functions:

1. Work with the IT technical staff to understand the varied and complex business requirements.

2. Provide technical support and analysis to business solutions analysts as required within Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

3. Assist managing integration requests and creation of detailed specifications for development and implementation of application integrations.

4. Develop/maintain workflows.

5. Developing/maintaining reports.

6. Analysis of required access and provisioning of user in various applications.

7. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

2. Entry-level experience in programming and business process management, ranging from 0 to 3 years.

3. High level computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing, database software and business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Well-developed communication skills.

5. Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize.

6. Quick learner with proven analytical skills and ability to solve difficult problems with affective solutions, thinking outside the box and finding root cause solutions.

7. Adept at working on multiple tasks or projects at one time.

8. Be able to maintain confidentiality when working on proprietary tasks and software.

9. Conceptual understanding of relational databases (SQL, DB2)

10. Familiarity of BI tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
