Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization. To be a Technical Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Technical Operations Trainer

  • Job Summary:

    The Technical Operations Trainer is responsible for training Providers, Clinical and Nonclinical Staff on using Electronic Medical Records. The Technical Operations Trainer travels to various Practice locations to provide education at monthly team meetings. He/She will assist with workflow creation and troubleshooting end-user technical issues. This position will audit medical records to identify training needs and ensure the staff performs proper workflows to meet quality and grant measures. An Additional Responsibility of this position is provider optimization reviews to increase comfort and efficiency with Meditech. The Technical Operations Trainer is an Electronic Medical Record Support Team member.

    Qualifications: Registered nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant Required. Applicants with Relevant experience may apply but must be certified within 6 months of hire. 3 years working in a related field. Drivers License Required

    Job Functions: 

    • Competency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
    • Can easily adapt to internal systems.
    • Experience working with electronic medical records, specifically Meditech-Works and Paragon preferred.
    • Previous experience in data collection and analysis.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
