    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
    • Thorough knowledge of Linux with focus on Redhat/CentOS & Debian distributions.
    • Solid understanding of IP Networking, microwave technologies (Ubiquiti, Aviat, Siklu, etc), and storage solutions.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , etc.) are a plus.
