Medical Front Office Receptionist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist to fill an opening with an eye care clinic in Sarasota, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Front Office Receptionist:

• Greets patients, answers incoming calls, and schedules appointments
• Verifies insurance information and collects payment
• Monday - Friday | 8-hour shift between 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Required Qualifications for Medical Front Office Receptionist:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 year(s) of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications for Medical Front Office Receptionist:

• Medical practice experience
• Must be professional, caring and compassionate
• Experience with practice management and patient intake systems
