Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     *All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    Qualifications: *Minimum Associate's degree in CAD or Engineering Technology related program.
    *Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
    *Proficient in AutoCAD
    *Experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus but not required
    *Experience with MicroStation is a plus but not required
    *Prior consulting experience is preferred
    *Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field
    *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    *Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    *Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
