Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technical Trainer to join their team based in Mobile, AL.
The Technical Trainer position is responsible for managing learning and performance of the employees in the learning environment as well as projects regarding Shop Floor Optimization.
Currently, there are 3 skill sets needed:
Electrical Instructor
Structures Assembly Instructor
Mechanical/Systems Installer Instructor

Your boarding pass:
* Associate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is desirable
5 years of experience in an aviation manufacturing or assembly environment, specifically related to curriculum being taught.
Experience in training, facilitation or in leading and directing groups of 10 people.
Ability to moderate technical decisions based on solution analysis and risk evaluation
Strong communication skills
Knowledge in Google Workspace
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Required: Knowledge of basic production and quality rules in aviation
