Training Coordinator

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with manage
• Develop training curriculum, materials, and resources tailored to the needs of different departments and roles.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage training budgets, resources, and vendors.
• Oversee the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms.
• Provide coaching and support to trainers and subject matter experts.
• Develop and maintain training policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role, with at least 5 years in training and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
