On behalf of Procom Services, our client is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract to possible extension/hire position in Jersey City, 07302.
This position is a hybrid role, 3 days week in office - mandatory
Role: Responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating risk assessments, risk assessment and CHAP system upgrades and user acceptance testing, following up on control variances and issues, developing board decks, etc.
Key Accountabilities:- Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
- Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
- Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
- Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline. ·
- Developing board and management decks ·
- Answering questions from application custodians and IT Risk Leads related to Minimum Metrics and CHAP.
- Developing procedure manuals and training on information security risk metrics, polices, risk migration and elimination procedures for staff
- Collecting user feedback on new systems and working with IT team for implementation
Knowledge & Experience:- 10 years experience in a Technical Project Coordination role
