Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Training Coordinator 3 opportunity for our customer in Los Alamos, NM to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Location: Hybrid, Onsite at TA-03 and TA-00
Group/Organization: CEA-TEC—Technical Editing and Communications
Work Schedule: Purely as needed.

Clearance: Able obtain and maintain “Q”
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of direct experience as a group facilitator is required. Familiarity with Los Alamos National Laboratory is not required but will set you apart from other candidates.

Summary:
Los Alamos National Laboratory has a unique opportunity for an experienced focus-group facilitator. You would be immersed in the Work Planning and Control group to help coordinate and facilitate focus groups of 5–20 people that include facilities operations directors, planners, preparers, line managers, and workers. Responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to review and create participant lists, form and schedule focus groups, facilitate meetings and take notes, work with subject-matter experts to review meeting notes, assist in system requirement developments, and regroup with participants.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent organization and time-management skills, be comfortable with public speaking and leadership roles, remain neutral within a group setting, and create a safe and respectful environment. You will have the ability to keep project information confidential. You will encourage idea-sharing and ensure participants have opportunities to speak and listen.
Area Security Access:
Active DOE Q clearance desired.
