Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This is also a SALES position. Sales experience is a must. You will be in charge of selling personal training packages to gym members. You will receive salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions.
• Sale personal training packages
• Work with the personal training manager to hit club goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting new clients through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in personal training or related fitness roles is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes related to fitness equipment is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with a broader clientele.
