Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Fieldglass Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Job Level: Senior Associate

Location: Kohler, WI. Remote may be possible

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Seeking a SAP Functional Consultant with experience in SAP Operational, SAP Ariba Procurement and Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Perform SAP Fieldglass administrative tasks
• Configure SAP Fieldglass to meet business requirements
• In depth knowledge of Fieldglass admin and system configuration
• Handle incident management and business operations responsibilities
• Work with customers and users in understanding their requirements and come up with solutions
• Build a carve-out to-be design, conduct gap-analysis of to-be design and configure system to bridge to-be gaps
• Able to handle the Interface re-design for the to-be system

• 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP and Fieldglass, including SAP Operational, SAP Ariba Procurement
• In depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, including Contingent Worker and Service Procurement
• Prior experience integrating other systems with Salesforce
• Experience crating functional specification for technical changes
• Able to do system testing for the changes done for the carve-out

• Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SRM, Fiori preferred

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
