The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be an integral part of software development projects within the Data Management Department. The BSA reports directly to the Senior Manager, Data Management and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BSA’s primary responsibilities include gathering project requirements, maintaining user stories (technical definitions for business processes), assisting in project planning, conducting thorough testing, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
