Job Summary

The Implementation Analyst will be a key member of the implementation team. They will work in close coordination with the Implementation Project Manager to understand the client’s use cases and data structures. The Implementation Analyst will use their knowledge of the client to facilitate app configurations and data integrations via flat file and API, validating that the data meets Levrx standards and analytical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer data is integrated successfully
• Understand client use cases and business rules to document data validation tests specific to each client
• Validate pre-production and production data configurations
• Facilitate troubleshooting data issues, including data formatting, data transformation and data mapping
• Work directly with customers and/or internal teams to resolve data integration roadblocks
• Execute project tasks with a customer-centric focus and a sense of urgency
• Assist with app configurations as part of initial implementation
• Validate pre-production testing of member app configurations
• Collaborate, communicate effectively, and share appropriate information with customers, within the department, and across Levrx. This requires strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, judgment, patience, courtesy, and a positive demeanor
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of applicable data analysis or data integration experience, preferably in a clientfacing role
• Intermediate MySQL skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new concepts and skills.
• Microsoft Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) or similar data translation and transformation tool
• Familiarity with the health care industry and health plan structures
• Experience using the following tools: Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, MS Project, Asana
• Familiarity with the following technology: SFTP, RESTful API
