We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Manager to oversee the operations of our research institute. The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise research staff, including training, supervising daily activities and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth research operations
- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely delivery of services
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Oversee medical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Implement crisis management protocols and handle any emergencies that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork
- Work closely with principle investigator , familiar with research protocols and compliant with FDA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of crisis management, psychotherapy, behavior management, behavioral therapy, direct support, social work, hospital operations, coding, medical documentation, and ICD-9 coding
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities-GCP, IATA certifications
- Proficient in phlebotomy. prefer CPT certified but not required.
