The primary job responsibilities for the Technology Support Associate include:
Providing excellent customer service while providing technical assistance to clients in
person, via telephone or through remote assistance software
Providing support for third party vendor applications, systems software, local area network
(LAN) connection, computer hardware (servers, printers, etc.), and commercial software
packages
Willingness to learn the functions and operations of new products, systems, and equipment
Works effectively in a team environment, while also demonstrating the ability to work
independently
Continuously striving for processes improvement in order to decrease turnaround time,
streamline work flow and improve the overall quality of service
The associate uses a variety of diagnostic software tools, reference manuals, vendors, and on-
the-job experience to solve problems and provide "how-to" instructions.
Ideal candidates will have BA degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and
customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
