    The Director of Telecommunication/Telecom Construction is responsible for the overall management of the company's telecommunications/telecom construction projects. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the work of all project team members. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet the highest standards of quality.

     

    The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in telecommunications construction, as well as a proven track record of success in managing and completing complex projects. The Director will also need to be a strong leader and motivator, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, budget, and schedule all telecommunications construction projects
    • Oversee the work of all project team members
    • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and ensure that their needs are met
    • Resolve any project issues or problems
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    • 7 years of experience in telecommunications/telecom construction
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
