Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex financial concepts.

Duties:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Collect and analyze financial data from various sources
- Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence software
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on financial metrics
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
- Experience with SQL for data collection and analysis is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and presentation delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,519.00 - $70,788.00 per year
