This location is located at our office in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities include: Manage, oversee & collaborate with senior compliance analysts to secure orderly workflow & execution of tasks assigned by the Director Perform ongoing daily audits on internal records, licensing & operations practices Perform on-site compliance audits of records, procedures & employee practices to confirm company policy & government rules/regs are being followed Communicate with field management based on audit reports, licensing needs, research & corrective measures & remediation Verify & confirm completion of assigned tasks with field management Accurately process large amounts of data & compile clear detailed reports Ongoing research of rules/regs for updating of internal documents & processes Periodically speak with state regulatory officials on a range of topics such as licensing policy, regulatory requirements & more Research ways to effectively streamline practices through new processes, vendor applications & more to simplify compliance auditing systems & goals Work with other internal departments on various matters to improve systems, functions, and operations related programs Additional projects as assigned by the Director or Operations Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of general pest control rules & regulations ideal; but not required Strong research, information processing & analytical skills required Proficient written and oral communication skills necessary Highly organized, methodical & have a keen sense for detail & minutiae Excellent customer service skills; respond quickly to questions from field office personnel Exceptional time management skills are a must Thorough experience with Google Drive programs (doc, sheets, slides) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to travel at least 25% of the time Comfortable with redundancy in work but can pivot quickly when needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 2 years experience in risk management, project management or a compliance related role preferred Sense of humor highly recommended Aptive Environmental: Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
