What a Bait Technician will do:

• Tend to molding machines for continuous operation
• Inspect production from assigned machines
• Make routine adjustments
• Maintain production records
• Stage bulk bait for the bait packaging department
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean techniques #WEjobhunt

What you need to be a Bait Technician:

• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to inspect product using attributes for color, shape, and other criteria
• Ability to stand for an entire eight-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
