The Telecom Director builds, manages, and leads the IT Telecom team to support all company telecom requirements, implementation, and responsibilities. Responsibility spans all telecom components (end-user devices, servers, switches, telecommunications, security, integrations with service providers, etc.) across all environments to include the PBX responsibilities. Primary goal is to meet system SLAs and implement process to support it. Working closely with the Regional Director, IT Operations Director, and Senior Architect, this role has responsibility for helping set, communicate, and execute the Telecom Strategy. This role will implement Avaya in all Prime locations and coordinate with Avaya and Advantel.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required.
1. Five (5) years of experience as manager or director of Telecom Operations.
2. Ten (10) years of experience in the Telecom industry.
3. Willing to travel to multiple locations on as as-needed basis.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $116,334.40 to $232,960.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
