    We are seeking a dedicated, innovative, and experienced Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-disciplinary engineer with a background in Telecommunications, Electrical, and Civil Engineering. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineer to contribute to a forward-thinking and evolving company. You will be involved in various design and implementation projects, offering your expertise in telecommunications standards, AutoCAD, GIS tools, and civil engineering. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a P.E. Certification.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design, develop, and implement engineering projects related to telecommunications, electrical, and civil engineering.
    2. Utilize AutoCAD and GIS tools for drafting and designing purposes.
    3. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes conform to established policies and regulations.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement project applications.
    5. Evaluate the effectiveness of design and revise as needed.
    6. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
    7. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
    8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications, electrical, and civil engineering.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
    2. Valid P.E. Certification is required and the ability to quickly obtain licenses in additional states where required
    3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, electrical, or civil engineering.
    4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools.
    5. Extensive knowledge of telecommunications standards.
    6. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
    7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little oversight.
    8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment.
    10. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and standards.
    11. Demonstrated ability to execute and professionally manage the details of multiple projects simultaneously.
    12. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the engineering industry.
