Being a Terminal Manager - Small maintains terminal property and equipment. Complies with all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations. Additionally, Terminal Manager - Small prepares records and reports related to shipments and inventory. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Terminal Manager - Small works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Terminal Manager's primary objective is to manage the marine unloading, truck loading, and distribution /storage activities for the assigned terminal(s). The Manager will oversee facility optimization while maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and customer service at facility and operating within environmental regulations consistent with the business strategy and objectives of Holcim.
Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience or High School Diploma with years of equivalent experience.
Additional Education Preferred: 2Required Work Experience:
Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic knowledge of computer software and Microsoft preferred.SAP experience would be a plus.
