Impact Medical is a leader in the field of Part B billing in long term care facilities across 15 states in the Midwest. We specialize in providing nursing home residents with disposable medical goods which include wound care dressings, tracheostomy, urology, colostomy, and enteral feeding supplies. Impact Medical has experienced rapid growth since our founding in April of 2014 and is looking for people to join us in our company’s next chapter of growth.

Duties/Responsibilities

       Develop the Rhode Island region; call on and travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities.

       Aggressive cold calling and identifying new market opportunities.

       Develop business plans to ensure that short-term revenue objectives are met while longer-term opportunities are optimized in the Rhode Island region.

       Maintain and update the Company’s CRM database as appropriate.

       Participate in company meetings and calls as appropriate; share “best practices” with peers to ensure that success is replicated across the team.

Minimum Requirements, Abilities and Expectations

       Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships.

       Strong communication (written, oral and interpersonal) and presentation skills; demonstrated experience presenting to diverse audiences including, but not limited to, employees, physicians, and decision makers.

       Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

       Ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments and leaders; ability to drive results through partnership, mutual respect, and trust.

       Ability to problem solve and think independently.

       Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

       Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.

A base salary, commission and car allowance will be offered for this position.

This position is field-based and requires frequent travel. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and will be subject to DMV and other required background and reference checks.
