PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Executive Sales Associate is responsible to initiate relationships with potential clients and influencers of American Aircraft Sales. The ultimate measure of success for the Executive Sales Associate is the performance relative to workable leads generated.

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Inside Sales in Boca Raton, FL.
-95% phone 5% travel
-Develop and create new client relationships through prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, signing of a listing or acquisition agreement;

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Positive Attitude;
-Sales experience;
-Self starter capable of meeting daily outbound call expectations with reporting to management;
-Focuses on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the sales processes as defined by management;
-Excellent verbal and communication skills;
-Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, databases and CRM;
-Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and function as a member of a team;
-Detail oriented person.
