Job Description

Job Summary :

Will be responsible for the testing, tuning and troubleshooting of complex multi-function RF / microwave microelectronics

Job Responsibilities :

• Testing, tuning and troubleshooting of complex, multi-function, RF / microwave microelectronic assemblies in a clean room environment.
• Assist and collaborate with other technicians
• Work with engineering and quality teams to provide feedback on current production problems
• Engage in continuous product improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Experience in application RF fundamentals including but not

limited to : RF Gain, Gain Flatness, Gain Matching, Return Loss,

P1 dB Compression, Phase tracking, Log linearity

• Familiar with transmission line theory, AC / DC circuits
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel,

Outlook) and various other computer software

• Good manual dexterity while working under a microscope
• Possess energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Ability to read schematic diagrams
• Attention to detail, problem solving, time management, and

strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required

• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Min. Associates degree from a technical school
• Requires good oral and written communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• 2 years of experience required
• Ability to read schematics

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior RF microwave test experience in similar business

This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens."
