Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Being a Test Engineer assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Additionally, Test Engineer ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. Requires a bachelor's degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Test Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Develops, creates, executes and leads Design Verification Plans (DVP) and problem solving of new technologies and applications. Works with design group, project leaders, and test assets in a matrixed organization to drive successful project outcomes.

5 years of relevant experience with either suspension damper development, power sports industry, or automotive industry preferred

Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
May lift up to 50 lbs.
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
