Civil Engineering Technicians (CET) assist civil engineers with layout of designs in computer aided design software. CETs generate and review project drawings ensuring compliance to design specifications. In addition, CETs will calculate material quantities based on designs. CETs work as part of a project team to ensure designs meet appropriate specifications and requirements.
