Joby Aviation is seeking a Systems Test Program Manager who is a highly organized, passionate individual with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. This position will split their time between our Systems Tests facilities in Bonny Doon/Santa Cruz, Ca. and Marina, Ca.. This role will operate in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding environment with very high expectations for individual contribution.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and planning for Testing team projects. Working with various engineering teams at Joby Aviation (including design, manufacturing, certification and more), the Project Manager will develop and execute appropriate strategies and tactics that allow the company to achieve milestones on schedule and meet quality and financial requirements.
Experience with aerospace projects and FAA certification process is desired, but not required.Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $133,500 - $178,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
