Job Responsibilities:

• Take a job or project from its infancy as a proposal and see it through completion. This may require site visits, data collection, drawings, ordering parts and materials, scheduling manpower, scheduling mobile equipment, helping the field techs troubleshoot upon installation and follow up with customer once complete.
• Monitoring job schedule, invoicing and cashflow.
• Express new ideas to make our processes easier and help us become more efficient.
• Estimate and propose new projects, repairs, engineering, and upgrades as requested.
• Develop and maintain proper customer relations.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate your efforts with co-workers.
• Monitor quality and safety relevant to technician workmanship through customer feedback and site inspections.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong sense of urgency to recognize urgent situations and react quickly.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Must be a hands-on individual as a certain amount of field time will be required.
• Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Two-year technician degree minimum or heavy technical experience .
• At least two years’ experience working in an industrial environment.
