- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the establishment

- Manage staff schedules and provide training when necessary

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Coordinate banquet events and ensure customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector

- Proficiency in shift management and supervising staff
