Section 1: Responsibilities

• Coordinate the review of loan documents and lines of credit
• Oversee the cash in transit reporting and communicate with lenders
• Clean and accurate paperwork review with staff members
• Responsive communication on loan reporting and cash position to management
• Ensuring no errors or omissions in applications for clients
• Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
• Assisting the Finance Manager with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications
• Clerical duties such as basic billing, submitting warranties, cancellations, deposits, reconciling accounts, and assisting in special projects

Section 2: Basic Qualifications

• Basic computer and office computing system skills
• Proficiency in general accounting, accuracy & efficiency is a must
• General knowledge of Excel, database, and other software-based systems
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Ability to work under pressure and perform quickly
• Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance

Section 3: Physical Requirements

• Office work
• Ability to go up and down stairs
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
