We are seeking an Experienced Accountant to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as an Accountant easier.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Posting rent payments
• Paying all invoices for utilities and vendors
• Reconciling utilities
• Processing move out dispositions for tenants
• Processing close out dispositions for owners
• Producing monthly owners statements
• Managing and ensuring accurate tenant ledgers
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Paying HOA, Mortgage, Insurance and Taxes for residential and commercial properties

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have accounting education or 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Strong accounting background with the ability to process a high volume of accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements, and produce accurate client statements
• Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and Appfolio a plus
