Third Party Billing Clerk jobs in Reno, NV

The Billing Clerk supports the Customer Service Manager and Operations department in the performance of daily activities which including the collection of, the entering of billing information, creating and issuing quotes and invoices. Assisting in resolving and or communicating customer concerns and complaints to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email. This is a safety sensitive position and falls under federal drug and alcohol regulations.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Efficient in the use of using computers.
• Efficient in the use of computer software programs such as MS office.
• One-year of business billing experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
