Ticket Boat is currently seeking to hire multiple Full-time Entry Level Office Associate based out of the corporate office in Mission, KS. Under the general direction of an Area Manager, these positions will acquire, sell, and ship ticket inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy of ticket orders and deliveries  
• Fulfills or delivers customer orders 
• Keeps all performance metrics in in good standing including customer satisfaction
• Completes all required computer transactions in a timely and accurate manner 
• Prepares invoices for shipping using designated computer-based processes 
• Completes hard ticket filing using the predetermined system 
• Accurately and timely completes data entry within databases

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
• Engaging in a positive, empathetic and professional way with customers and colleagues at all times
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience using general office equipment, software systems and Microsoft Suite
• Judgment and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze information, data, trends and results of various types

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED
