The primary responsibility of this position is to provide customer service to customers who come to the ticket office on game days. Ticket sellers are often the first staff member each customer comes into contact with and will be expected to provide a high level of service to a large number of customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become proficient with the ticketing system
Sell and print tickets
Scan tickets for fans entering CHS Field
Interact with fans and coworkers in a friendly, helpful and positive manner
Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors
Assist fans with questions about CHS Field
Effectively work in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and customer service skills
Positive attitude
Enjoy working in a team environment
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are expected
May include working outdoors in varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma preferred
Experience: Customer service experience preferred
