We are looking for an experienced tire tech to join our team. 3 years in the tire industry required.

Dob duties & requirements include:

• Perform service in shop & over the road (mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires) and repair work for customers as needed.
• Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and Company Policies.
• Experience with heavy duty and commercial tires.
• Experience working on industrial and farm tires.
• Experience doing service calls.
• TIA Certified or willing to get certification.
• We have an excellent monthly profit share program.
• Retirement contribution is employees total gross wage x 25%. If you make $60,000 annually, your retirement contribution is $15,000 - all funded by Lauren Young Tire Center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
