Occupational Summary:

• The billing of retail, wholesale and fleet vehicle sales. Processing all vehicle sales in NYS DMV Systems
   

Hours Required:

• Availability must be 9am - 7pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 9am - 5pm Saturday.
   

Essential Job Functions:

• Bill all retail, wholesale, dealer trade & fleet vehicle deals
• Process all DMV paperwork through Tri-Vin in accordance with DMV regulations
• Process and organize all paperwork for funding vehicle transactions
• Process all required paperwork for accepting trade-in vehicle
• Complete and submit the required paperwork to central accounting office
• Maintain adequate supply of all paperwork forms for Financial Institutions, DMV, and third party vendors
• Continuous communication with Sales Management on paperwork that needs to be obtained by Sales Associates.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written. 
• Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to retain training on ADP system
• Must have ability to learn and execute DMV rules and regulations relative to all vehicle sales paperwork
• Individual must be able to perform each Essential Job Function and Essential Requirements of Employment listed in job description.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the following physical activities: sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, finger dexterity, repetitive motions.  The work is performed primarily indoors and a desk setting.
