Job Summary: This is a part time position that could possibly lead to full time. The person in this position would be responsible for logging in incoming orders, answering phones, waiting on customers and some Title Commitment/Policy production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responding to and routing phone calls

Processing incoming orders and inquiries via telephone, mail and email

Production of Title Commitments and Title Insurance Policies

Indexing documents for our title plant/Entry and Verification of daily recorded documents for our title plant

Various other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

Experience:

Word processing experience is preferred.

Previous experience in the title industry would be helpful, but not required.

Education:

High School diploma is required.

Skills:

Attentive to details

Business fundamentals: recognizes the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality of company information, as well as that of customers and co-workers, and complies with intellectual property laws

Customer focused: is pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with customers

Professional: maintains a professional demeanor at work

Technology: uses information technology and related applications, demonstrates strong computer skills

Typing speed of around 60 words per minute or more

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
