    Compensation:

    $17 hourly health insurance

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform administrative tasks to assist with coordinating closings on the sale of real estate.
    • Be the first point of contact in handling incoming contracts for closing.
    • Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
    • Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
    • Follow up with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, and other third parties to ensure any required information and documentation needed to close the transaction is obtained.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
    • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
    • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
    • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in title
