• Full Time Positions: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. Closed Sundays!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Minimum 2 years management experience

• Collections experience preferred

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to work full time

• A high school degree or equivalent

• Basic computer and data entry experience

• Criminal background check

• Consumer credit check

• Drug screen

Primary Responsibilities:

• Office management

• Scheduling

• Provide superior customer service

• Loan processing

• Cash handling

• Collection calls
