Team Toyota of Glen Mills is looking for a full-time Title Clerk for PA deals. Previous experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate. ( Must have dealership experience).

Duties include but not limited to completing all title work for deals that are submitted by sales. Hours 9 am - 5 pm M-F. ( Or similar type hours 8-4 or 830-430)

The Title Clerk at Team Toyota of Glen Mills supports the accounting team by ensuring the correct costs are charged to the vehicle and handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. This position should be versatile and may have some accounting type duties.

• A typical day might include the following
• Evaluate all costs and paperwork associated to a vehicle transaction to ensure accuracy
• Prepare tax and title documents for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Submit all paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicle and trade-ins
• Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificate of Origin
• Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work
• Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations
