Injection Mold Making Company in Frederick, CO is seeking an experienced Mold Maker. We are seeking a self-motivated employee with prior experience of finish grinding, fitting, and assembling injection molds. The position is full-time. The primary role of this position is to finish grind mold components according to CAD models, drawings, sketches or verbal instructions. Measure, inspect, and assemble completed mold components.

The preferred candidate must meet the following:

•Knowledge and understanding of the construction and functionality of plastic injection molds

•Ability to work well with various departments and personnel to achieve tight lead times while ensuring quality and accuracy are not compromised.

•Dependable on time daily attendance is expected

•Good communication skills
•Positive attitude

•Must also be familiar and comfortable with holding close tolerances
