```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various types of tools, dies, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

```Duties```
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Use Mastercam software to construct new tools and dies
- Assemble, fit, and adjust parts using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machines
- Operate machinery such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and vertical CNC machines to fabricate parts
- Inspect finished tools and dies for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with tools and dies to identify and implement necessary repairs
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve tooling designs and processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Requirements```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tooling principles
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, etc), and machinery (e.g., lathes)
- Experience with wax injection molding is highly desired
- Knowledge of CAM programming for CNC machines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues
- Strong math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint interpretation

- Preferred 5 years experience with Mastercam CAM software.

- Preferred 5 years experience with Hass & Fadal Vertical Milling CNC machines.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
