Job Summary

Micro Tool Company is an AS9100 certified, technology oriented manufacturing company focused on supporting the Medical, Aerospace, and Light Industrial sectors of our economy. We are in need of an experienced Tool Crib Attendant with strong machining backgrounds to fill an open position. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Manage the tool crib inventory, including procurement, stocking, and organization

- Perform regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Receive and inspect incoming tools and equipment
- Maintain records of tool usage, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill tool requests in a timely manner
- Utilize ERP software to track inventory and generate reports
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms for tool purchases
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of tools

• Previous experience in tool crib management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with other people in a team environment
• A positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and work independently

Salary: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
