Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor oversees skilled workers responsible for constructing, maintaining, modifying, and calibrating machine shop tools, dies, prototypes, jigs, fixtures and molds. Supervises the set up and operation of various lathes, grinders, milling, and boring machines used to produce tools. Being a Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor completes high level tool development work. Ensures jobs are completed correctly and on time. Additionally, Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. This role is Office/Community based. The office base is Crewe but will be required to travel across Cheshire East, therefore own transport is essential.

As Volunteer Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and training of a team of volunteers and will work in partnership with other health professionals and community services to promote the volunteer service, which is responsive to the needs of the individual and the local area.

Previous experience in a similar role and a level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivelant/or willingness to work towards, would be an advantage.
