    We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Multi-Platform Advertising Account Executive to uncover business opportunities and cultivate enduring customer relationships across the vibrant Alexandria, Louisiana market and beyond.     Responsibilities

    • Craft and implement extensive digital marketing strategies that fulfill and surpass our clients' goals.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to sealing the deal.
    • Utilize networking to uncover new sales opportunities, fostering them into enduring partnerships.
    • Showcase our unique digital and media advertising solutions to prospective clients.
    • Deliver exceptional post-sale support to boost client loyalty.
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure alignment with their evolving needs.
    • Tackle client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and maintain Stephens Media Group's esteemed reputation.
    • Negotiate deals and maintain comprehensive records of sales and client interactions.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record as an Account Executive, or in roles centered around sales/customer service.
    • A minimum of 2 years in advertising and digital marketing sales is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation.
    • Strong capabilities in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Keen business insight.
    • A reservoir of enthusiasm and passion.

    Education

    • High school diploma required.
    • A BS or BA in business administration, sales, advertising, or marketing is preferred but not essential.
